Bill Kendall
Justice of the Peace
Precinct 4
Kendall said he looks forward "to continuing to serve the people of Washington County." He will be a candidate in the Republican Party's primary in March.

Kendall said that since he took office in 2015, the Texas Legislature has made many changes to civil and criminal laws that are enforced in the justice courts.

Kendall has applied these new laws throughout his tenure and said he believes he is best qualified to represent citizens in Precinct Four.

While in office, he has given lectures at judicial conferences to judges and clerks about the intricacies of law, based on what he has learned during his decades in the practice of law and his experience on the bench.

Prior to being elected justice of the peace, Kendall practices civil and criminal law for more than 35 years, including almost 10 years as a prosecutor.

He is a graduate of South Texas College of Law.

Kendall lives here with his wife of 39 years, Royceanna, where they raised three children.
